We at the RMC division of Grasim Industries Ltd., and at UltraTech Cement Ltd., have been associated with M/s IFCM for almost a year now. In this period we have had the occasion to recruit quite a few people through your organization. We appreciate the professional manner of working of IFCM and are also appreciative of the quality of persons referred by them. The experience, shared by my colleagues is that in case of IFCM it is not required to separate the wheat from the chaff as this exercise is already done by IFCM. The rigorous follow-up done by IFCM staff is also quite helpful although the % turnout ratio is something which needs improvement. All in all, we value the association and look forward to continuing the same.
